Cash Pooling
Cash Pooling service allows to increase the efficiency of liquidity management for a group of companies with centralized treasury function. The primary goal of cash pooling is to use the funds of all pool participants to cover the liquidity gaps on a group level and potentially reduce the need to raise external debt.
Physical cash pooling implies actual money transfers between the accounts of the pool participants. The Bank ensures, that the account balances of the pooling participants are physically pooled into one designated account (Master Account) on a daily basis. Pool participants are not in any way limited in their daily settlements and are able to make settlements from their accounts within intra-day overdraft limit. Physical cash pooling can be implemented with or without an overdraft facility option.
